R. Heath Johnson

Managing Director - Asset Management

Heath Johnson is our managing director - asset management. With over 15 years of experience working in commercial real estate, Mr. Johnson leads our asset management efforts and is responsible for the entire portfolio of assets. Prior to joining TIER REIT, Mr. Johnson worked at Hines for fifteen years where he was responsible for commercial office development, acquisitions and operations in their Dallas office. During his tenure at Hines, he was involved in the leasing, asset management, and development of over six million square feet of commercial office space as well as two four-star hospitality projects. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Johnson worked in the financial services and oil and gas exploration industries. Mr. Johnson received a bachelor of science in finance from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and a master of business administration from Arizona State University. He serves as a member of the Downtown Dallas Board of Directors and is a member of NAIOP.

Michele Langenberg, CCIM, LEEDĀ®-AP

Vice President - Asset Management

Michele Langenberg is an asset manager for our properties in Dallas, Charlotte and Nashville. She also leads our efforts related to sustainability at all of our properties. Ms. Langenberg holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of Iowa and has completed two sustainability certificates at the Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) for the Dallas Chapter, as well as the U.S. Green Building CouncilĀ® (USGBC), North Texas Chapter.

Peter Lee

Asset Manager

Peter Lee is an asset manager for our properties located in Houston and Austin. Mr. Lee has 10 years of experience working in commercial real estate accounting and asset management. He holds his bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Houston and also received his master of business administration from the University of Houston.
